Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this purchase agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the artwork.

You may use any clear written statement indicating your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

Unless otherwise agreed, returned artwork should be sent to the address above.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund the purchase price of the artwork using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

The refund will be processed within 14 days after we have received the returned artwork or proof that it has been returned, whichever occurs first.

Shipping is free for all orders. However, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the artwork.

The artwork must be returned in its original condition, showing no signs of damage or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and condition. Where permitted by applicable law, any diminished value resulting from unnecessary handling may be deducted from the refund.

We strongly recommend returning the artwork using a tracked and insured shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the artwork until it has been received by us.
